Relevant experience

Assisting an investment fund in the process of acquiring a number of five health care provider companies, including but not limited to conducting legal due diligence and drafting the transactional documentation.

Assisting the majority shareholder of a water meter manufacturer in divesting its shareholding, including but not limited in preparing the data room, drafting the vendor due diligence, assistance in solving the legal issues revealed by the due diligence exercise.

Assisting a generic pharmaceutical company in selling its products and licenses portfolio, including data room formation, assistance during the negotiations, reviewing the transactional documentation and assistance in closing.

Assisting a mill and bakery producer in restructuring its operations, including but not limited to assets spin-off and related activity, drafting all required documentation and representation before relevant institutions

Representing a hotel owner in negotiations with a hotel operator management company, drafting the management and operation agreement, assistance during negotiations
