We have assisted a UK bank in connection with the granting of a 6 Million Euro secured loan for investment and working capital purposes to a Romanian borrower, in conducting a due diligence exercise, drafting, amending and negotiation of the transactional documents and issuing a legal opinion certifying the transaction.
Assisted the client with respect to the merger of its local companies;
Assisted the client with the implementation of its human resource policies including developing a method for organizing and managing secondment agreements and arrangements as well as advising on other labor matters;
Advised on the client’s legal structure and on other general corporate matters;
Advised on the development and implementation of a large restructuring project which included the closing of production facilities and related collective dismissals; assisted with all aspects of the project including drafting of documentation, negotiating with the trade unions and relevant authorities and filing the relevant notifications;
