Whilst in two cases we proficiently recovered the VAT by applicable procedures, in one case the VAT was recovered in court and in other case the Tax Authority discharged its own negative initial decision to refuse VAT refund and admitted to proceed to the reassessment of the documents and the reissuance of a new decision.
