Oana Lupu

Oana Lupu is Partner of Fine Law, with significant expertise in corporate and commercial matters, as well as employment related matters.

She has acted for acquisition of companies, the formation and reorganization of corporate structures for specific business purposes, joint ventures and other cooperation agreements and handled the whole range of legal issues connected with such business activities. With regard to employment law, Oana has significant experience in handling employment and labour law questions in relation to M&As, the restructuring of companies, transfer of undertakings, sales of businesses and outsourcing, collective redundancies, HR due diligence.

She represents both domestic and international clients from a number of industry sectors, including outsourcing, fashion retail, IT&C, green energy, as well as fast moving consumer goods.

Oana joined Fine Law as a junior lawyer in 2012, qualifying in corporate & commercial, labour & employment, data protection, and becoming a Senior Lawyer in 2016. She speaks English fluently. When not dealing with law, Oana likes reading, watching movies and enjoying sweets and desserts and probably spends too much time studying latest fashion and travel blogs.
