A.C.C.A Legislative Workshop: Iulian Patrascanu participated as speaker

On 28 February 2015, Iulian Patrascanu participated as a speaker at the event Legal updates on financial-accounting, audit and labor laws, organized by ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania.

Iulian Patrascanu approached issues of labor law which enjoys a growing interest and have been well received, including in the workshops organized by the Fine Law. The topics had in focus the legislative changes in 2014 in the field of employment law, their impact on the work of Human Resources and Legal departments of the organizations, harmonization with the European legislative framework and the recommended immediate measures for the proper management of such changes.

The numerous questions raised by the audience show an increasing need in the business environment for quick and innovative solutions in front of the challenges created by the continuous change of the legal framework in the field of Labour Law.
