Let’s Talk HR Legal Compliance!

Fine Law hosted a new workshop of the series „Let’s Talk HR Legal Compliance!”, addressing sensitive current challenges of a HR department, specifically transnational secondment, teleworking, the necessity to adapt the working program to business needs and how to avoid inserting into labour contracts unfair labour provisions. 

The workshop took place in a free speech debate form, addressing tangible cases, led by Iulian Patrascanu, our Managing Partner, who encouraged the dialogue during the entire event. At the end, each participant received a task to perform at work!
