Bio-mass Cogeneration Plant (October, 2013)

Advising an UK company in the green energy field in relation to the development of a biomass co-generation plant, mainly with respect to the authorizations, contracts with the suppliers and providing regulatory advice on the various matters. Our legal advice also included assistance in relation to the EU funds granted by the Ministry of Economy for the development of such project.
