Conducting Group HR Reorganization

Successfully assisting a multinational electronics company with Group reorganization at European level. Our work included participation to task force of the project, drafting and amending the reorganization plan at the Group level, drafting and implementation of the Group reorganization plan concerning Romanian operations, including, but limited to drafting required documentation and direct involvement in employment termination of the affected personnel.
