Providing legal assistance in data protection matters for a multinational business process outsourcing company (BPO), which included: drafting the company’s internal data protection rules and representing the client before the Data Protection Authority, advising on various matters, including in respect of compliance with specific data protection requirements applicable to the core business, marketing or employment activities.
