Assisting a major European fashion retailer with respect to various employment matters, including: assistance and representation before Local Labour Office (“ITM”) in several investigations made by the above mentioned; advising and assisting the client with regards with the measures imposed by ITM; redrafting the internal rules and compliance check of the Group policy with Romanian legislation; drafting procedure and related documentation to address employee non-performance; in-house training to store managers, addressing misconduct and non-performance of an employee.
