Providing labour law advice to a top company acting in education field. Our work included full comprehensive due diligence on all employment aspects; implementation of recommended remedies derived from the due diligence report, which included: redrafting the template of labour contract, drafting missing job descriptions and redrafting existing job descriptions, drafting the organizational chart, drafting internal rules, drafting procedures related to misconduct and non-performance investigations and related templates, organizing elections for employees representatives and drafting procedure and regulation for employees’ representatives activity, and assisting the client in drafting and negotiations of the collective bargaining agreement.
