Group Partnership Agreement (April, 2015)

Representing an international bakery consultancy group with regard to a partnership agreement with a global vertically integrated producer, marketer and distributor of fruit and vegetables, juices, beverages, snacks and desserts in the Middle East and Africa, on the development of a health and wellness bakery concept. Our assistance consisted in the analysis of the potential legal risks and drafting and reviewing transaction documentation.
