HR Compliance

Assisting the Romanian subsidiary of an USA software developer in a limited compliance program.  Our work included drafting internal rules, reviewing group policies to align it with Romanian legislation, drafting template of labour agreement, structuring of working program for each function of the company, advising on performance bonus methodology.
