Incorporation of a Business Association (January, 2013)

Assisting an international organization representing the business services sector in the area of SSC, BPO, ITO and R&D in connection with its incorporation process in Romania and its registration with the Ministry of Justice. Our services have included drafting the corporate documentation and fulfilling the formalities in front of the Romanian authorities, as well as providing legal assistance on day-today corporate matters.
