Project Finance UK Bank (November, 2014)

We have assisted a UK bank in connection with the granting of a 6 Million Euro secured loan for investment and working capital purposes to a Romanian borrower, in conducting a due diligence exercise, drafting, amending and negotiation of the transactional documents and issuing a legal opinion certifying the transaction.
