Reorganization Process (January, 2013)

Providing legal advice and successfully assisting a major German Do-It-Yourself retailer in Romania in drafting all the related documentation and implementing a major reorganization process, which made redundant over 75 employees, without any claims from the employees.  The company’s risks and related costs were thus downsized to 0.
