Top Management Exit (February, 2014)

Successfully representing an important Romanian bank in the exit process of some of their top managers, as a result of a reorganization plan. We drafted the relevant set of documents and carried out direct negotiations with the envisaged employees based on a mandate, but without the involvement of the banks’ representatives.   As a result of the negotiations, no claims were filed by the redundant managers.
