TUPE in BPO Industry (November, 2014)

Assisting a multinational business process outsourcing company (BPO) in relation to employment aspects regarding TUPE deriving from an outsourcing process, by analyzing the employees’ files and drafting the documents as necessary for the transfer of the employees. At the end of the outsourcing contract, we have provided legal advice on the reverse TUPE.
